All our products that are shown as being in stock are ready for immediate delivery. Otherwise they are displayed as out of stock. We do not make to order. We only work with 100% silk products, made in Italy and in stock at our production units in Switzerland.
We withdraw products (out of stock) as soon as they are no longer in stock, while waiting for restocking.

Deliveries to a postal address are maintained, except in areas where access is temporarily restricted by local authorities.

Deliveries by our service providers FedEx and Chronopost will be “contactless”, in strict compliance with health regulations. The carrier will drop off your package in front of your door, after having validated its transfer to you. You may be asked to sign for it.

To facilitate the work of the carriers and to guarantee the reception of your purchases, we thank you for ensuring your presence at the time of delivery, and for giving the delivery personnel as much information as possible to help them find your home.

Each object is photographed with a view to highlighting detail and quality. So they are the actual colours we are showing. However, colours may vary slightly from one device to another.

All orders are delivered in a Black and White box wrapped with Bolduc tape, except for smartphone shells and paintings. MissLefort objects are delivered with a digital certificate of authenticity.

It is possible to include an accompanying card with your order by adding the desired text when ordering (last step: Note). You can enter a message or request a blank card that you can fill in yourself.

You can make a request via Contact to receive an invoice without showing the amount spent. Our customer service will be happy to comply with your request.

Our orders are shipped by Chronopost for deliveries in France and by FedEx for deliveries in all other European countries. By SwissPost for switzerland.
And private companies for all around the world.

The calculation of delivery times starts from confirmation of the order received by e-mail. Delivery times are 2 working days for all orders placed before 2pm GMT+1 and 3 working days for all orders placed after 2pm GMT+1.

Delivery in mainland France and the Principality of Monaco:
Chronopost express: delivery within 2-3 working days from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery to UK, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Sweden:

– Fedex Express: delivery within 4 working days of your order.
– For deliveries to the Isles of Scilly: 3-4 working days.
– For deliveries to the Orkney Islands: 4-5 working days.
– For deliveries to the Hebrides: 5-6 working days.
– For deliveries to the Shetland Isles: 6-7 working days.
– We do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

Items subject to longer delivery times:

– Please note that the delivery of a painting requires two to four working days from the validation of the order by our Customer Service.

– Customised products are subject to longer delivery times. These times are indicated during your purchase process.

Items purchased on this website can be delivered to all countries in Europe as well as Switzerland and Norway + all around the world.

Returns and exchanges

You may return any product ordered on the website within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of delivery, for an exchange or a refund.

Returned products must be accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of partial returns. If it has already been transmitted, the NFT will have to be returned, you must meet transaction costs (gas fees) if you manage the NFT yourself. Otherwise the team will take care of it free of charge.

You must meet the costs of returning a product, in case of an exchange or refund request. You need to fill out the return form here.

If you received the items as a gift, you can only exchange them for items of the same value. Please contact our Customer Service, who will email you the pre-paid return label.

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Your refund will be made within 15 working days of reception of your return at our warehouse.
